Situated on the highest point of the village, this chapel was rebuilt in 1826 on the ruins of a former chapel listed in a canonical record of 1751. It was restored for the first time in 1863, then by subscription with the church in 1884. Inside, a work by Wojtec SIUDMAK depicting the crucified head of Christ emerging from crumpled paper and a cathedral painted on the ceiling has adorned the building since 2016.
